Solution of applying magnetic levitation generator in ORC
Zero fuel cost and zero emission help the cascade utilization of energy in the industrial field
Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) uses the low boiling point characteristics of organic working medium, and uses the working medium potential energy generated by the temperature difference between cold and heat sources to push the expander to rotate and drive the magnetic levitation generator to generate electricity at medium and low temperature (80-300°C), so as to convert low-grade heat energy into high-grade electric energy and realize waste heat energy recovery.
The product can realize modular design and can be customized and matched according to heat demand.
High energy efficiency conversion rate
Through low-loss magnetic levitation bearings and high-speed permanent magnet generator technology, the system can be driven directly and has higher energy conversion efficiency
No lubricating oil is required
Based on the magnetic levitation bearing technology, the rotor is completely suspended and frictionless when the equipment is running, which saves the maintenance cost such as lubricating oil replacement in the whole life cycle
