Recently, Palboom independently developed PK450 magnetic levitation high-speed centrifugal air compressor passed rigorous testing by the National Authority, the Mechanical Industry Fan Product Quality Supervision and Testing Center.
The test report shows that the key performance parameters of the air compressor, including volumetric flow rate and discharge pressure, all exceed the guaranteed values. The maximum discharge pressure reaches 412.42 kPa(A), which is 2.85% higher than the guaranteed value. Under this condition, the maximum variable efficiency reaches 86.06%, exceeding the energy-saving evaluation value of 79% by 7.06%, and the specific power reaches an excellent value of 3.07 kW/m³. In the shaft power test, the actual power consumption was reduced by 4.54% compared to the guaranteed value. This testing was conducted in accordance with international and domestic authoritative standards such as ASME PTC 13-2018 and JB/T 3165-1999. The results indicate that the Palboom magnetic levitation air compressor PK450 meets all technical requirements.
